CLAY CITY, KY- Archers gathered in Wabash, IN for the VPA Midwest Classic Trail Shoot, an event not to miss including a safari-style archery competition where competitors trek through the woods to shoot fun animals such as a gigantic bigfoot target at 101 yards! GAS Bowstrings saw two of its pro shooters take to the podium this past weekend and conquer the trail.
Jacob Miller and Kevin Beach, both representing GAS Bowstrings, delivered outstanding performances. Jacob had a strong two days of shooting and, after the shoot-offs, walked away with a third-place finish. Kevin, also showcasing consistent shooting, was just one point shy of first place after the two days of intense competition. Following the final shoot-off, Kevin secured a second-place finish.
The VPA Midwest Classic Trail Shoot is run by one of our amazing GAS Dealers, Bass & Bucks, who do much to support the sport of archery, including hosting the Midwest Trail Shoot.
