Shipping Policy
Hours
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders received over the weekend or holidays with be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Shipping Date
The estimated shipping date on our website is an estimated date as to when your product/s will ship. This can mean that your purchase could arrive a little earlier than the estimated date or a couple of days later. As we are a custom string manufacturer, our lead times fluctuate depending on the number of orders taken in. If you have a question about when your order will ship, call our office for the best estimate.
Peak Season
July through October are our peak season months and lead times tend to fluctuate the most during these months. If you are wanting to order a set during this time frame, we would appreciate your patience as we will work hard to get your strings out as soon as possible. If you already know you will need a set during these months for hunting season or indoor season, you can order your sets ahead of these months to get the best lead times possible.
Shipping options
GAS Bowstrings currently uses UPS and USPS as our methods for shipping.
Express Shipping Options DO NOT change the time frame of your order/s internal processing. These shipping options only help you receive your order faster once it hits the mail stream. If you are crunched for time, please call us for the most accurate estimated time and assistance.
Order Changes
Make sure all items are correct before submitting your order. If your order is in our system for more than 24 hours, we cannot alter or cancel your order.
International Shipments
We welcome all international orders! Please allow a few extra days for international orders to process. If you are experiencing difficulties confirming your address online, feel free to give the office a call at (606)-612-5156 or email info@gasbowstrings.com. We can determine the best shipping option for your location.
