CLAY CITY, KY- GAS Bowstrings proudly announces the exceptional performances of its shooters at the Easton Foundations Gator Cup held this past weekend, where they clinched multiple podium finishes, including three Championship victories.Â
Despite his retirement from international archery, Braden Gellenthien demonstrated his enduring excellence on the national stage by securing a Championship victory at the Gator Cup. Gellenthien’s remarkable performance saw him triumph over his competitor, 147-145.Â
In the compound senior women’s division, Olivia Dead showcased her exceptional skills by claiming the Championship title. After qualifying in second place, Dean delivered a stellar performance in the gold medal match, emerging victorious with a commanding lead of three points.Â
Tanja Gellenthien also impressed in the same division, securing third place with a strong performance. Gellenthien defeated her competitor by a margin of two points in the bronze medal match. Â
In the recurve senior women’s division, Catalina Noriega’s outstanding performance earned her a well-deserved second place finish. She qualified in fifth place then advanced through eliminations to secure her position on the podium.Â
Furthermore, in the barebow senior men’s division, Brian Way showcased dominance in the class. Way secured the gold medal match with a decisive 6-0 victory over his competitor, underscoring his proficiency and expertise in the sport.Â
