Clay City, Ky- Two GAS Bowstrings shooters took podium finishes at the 2nd Leg of the IBO Triple Crown in Franklin, PA. Those two podium finishers were Erin McGladdery and Jacob Slusarz!
Erin McGladdery had a great weekend where she qualified in second with a 377 and eleven bonus rings. She was able to hold her position in second place through the shoot downs as she finished out with a 426!
In the pro male release division, Jacob Slusarz was qualified first with a 407 and seventeen bonus rings, with his second-place opponent just two bonus rings away from his score. He hit a few bonus rings in the shoot down, but it wasn’t enough as his opponent caught up to his score and captured some 12s to take the lead. Jacob was able to finish out the weekend in second place!
Congratulations to these archers for their successes at the IBO and we are excited for what more the 3D season will bring for them!
