GAS Podium Sweep in World Cup Finals

CLAY CITY, KY – The World Cup Finals took off in Tlaxcala, Mexico the 15th of October, finishing up an exciting World Cup season! Eight GAS shooters made it to the finals stage this past weekend, where three took a men’s compound podium sweep!

Mike Schloesser captured his 4th World Cup Finals gold medal at this event, ensuring his number-one world ranking! His gold medal match was tight as he just beat out Nicolas Girard, 150-149. In total, Mike has captured 10 gold, 7 silver, and 9 bronze medal awards during his World Cup appearances!

Nicolas Girard was in second place on the Tlaxcala stage, and now sits ranked third in the world for the compound men’s division! To date, Nicolas now has 3 gold, and 1 bronze medal World Cup stages along with this as his first silver World Cup Final podium. Third was Jean Pizarro who finished his bronze medal match with a 150-146! He now sits ranked 9thin the world with this being his first bronze World Cup Final podium!
